ABOUT OUR FARM

Our journey began in 1944 when Scott’s grandfather acquired the original farm. In 1992, we took over from his grandmother, and since then, we've expanded our operation. In 2010, we acquired a neighboring farm from Scott's uncle, and in 2017, we expanded further to include another adjacent farm, currently managing a total of 860 acres of rich pasture land for our beef cattle.

Our daughter grew up on this farm, actively participating in livestock shows, 4-H, and FFA, instilling the values of agriculture in the next generation. We practice rotational grazing on our pastures, which has led us to install several miles of water lines to ensure efficient grazing and sustainable land management.

The health of our herd is a top priority; our cattle are monitored daily and vaccinated to minimize the need for antibiotics. Calves are born in September and October on warm, dry pastures and are weaned in April to transition into our feedlot until harvest.

We take great pride in our agricultural excellence and the welfare of our land and animals. We understand that purchasing beef in bulk is an investment, and we sincerely appreciate your support of our family farm. In a world increasingly disconnected from rural farming and dominated by industrial mass manufacturing, we hope this website serves as a bridge to connect you with the true experience of farming and raising animals. We aim to foster a greater appreciation for the hard work and sacrifice of our farmers and the well-being of our livestock. We welcome any questions you may have and invite you to visit our farm to see firsthand where your beef comes from.

We look forward to working with you!
